  • SS1 – KB Lunge – 4 sets – 15 reps – forget weight
  • SS2 – Machine Sumo Stance Leg Press – 4 sets – 15 reps / 12 reps / 10 reps / 10 reps – forget weight
  • SS2 – KB Squats – 4 sets – 20 reps – forget weight
