Back to the grind

The Workout

GRIT Strength

My legs were starting to feel the effects from yesterday. Great workout still… just hoping to get my knees sorted.

The Rest

Back to work today, which wasn’t too bad. Feeling positive change and improvements for 2018 and love setting them in motion.

The Diet

L-Carnitine (2 tablespoons)

ISO-100 Protein Shake w/ 1/2 cup of oats

Water (still a work in progress)

ISO-100 Protein Shake

Mince + 6 hard boiled eggs (still need to get greens and then up the amount of food I am eating)

Green Tea
