A nice chilled day today
Hoping to get a weights routine set up from next week and get training with a PT
Caught up with my good friend Michelle and had lunch at Well + Good in Ponsonby.
Came home and meal prepped mince, with olives, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, hot curry powder and Crystal Pepper Sauce.
L-Carnitine (2 tablespoons)
Matcha Bowl (w/ raw muesli, chia seeds and toasted coconut)
Water (need to up it and track better)
Mince + 6 hard boiled eggs (need to get broccoli back in too or asparagus if still in season)
