Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. Leg Extension (Strip) – 12-2 / 12-2
a. Walking Lunges (each side) – 12 / 12 / 12
b. Leg Press (Strip) – 12-2 / 12-2
b. Front Squat – 20 / 20
b. Squat Jump – 20 / 20
b. DB Renegade Rows (each side) – 10 / 10
c. Smith Machine Squats – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
c. Box Jumps – 45 seconds
d. Sumo Deadlifts – 15 / 12 / 10
d. Hip Bridges – 15 / 12 / 10

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
