Triceps
Abs

Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. BB Bench Press – 16 / 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
a. Row – 60 seconds
b. Cable Cross Over – 16 / 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
b. Summit Trainer – 60 seconds
c. Incline Barbell Smith Machine – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
c. Step Ups – 30 seconds each side
d. Tricep Push Down – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
d. Weighted Dips Machine – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8
d. Burpees – 60 seconds

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
