Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. Underhand Front Raise – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
a. Overhand Front Raise – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
a. Hanging Leg Raise – 12 / 12 / 12 hold
b. Arnie Press – 12 / 10 / 8 + 8 drop
b. Seated Lateral Raise – 12 / 10 / 8
b. Decline Sit Up – 20 / 20 / 20
c. Rear Delt Cable Fly – 12 / 12 / 12
c. Rear Delt DB – Fail / Fail / Fail
c. Hanging Leg Raise – 10 / 10 / 10

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
