Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. Deadlift – 16 / 12 / 12
a. DB Snatch – 30 seconds each side
a. Ball Slam – 45 seconds
b. Seated Rows – 15 / 12 / 12 + 8
b. Bent Flyes – 15 / 15 /15
b. Plank to Mountain Climbers – 20 reps
c. Chin Ups – 12 / 12 / 12
c. Upright Leg Raise – 12 / 12 / 12
c. DB Z Sit Up – 45 seconds
d. Barbell Bicep Curls – 15 / 12 / 12 + 8

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
