Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. Cable Cross – 25 / 25 / 25
a. Press Ups – 25 / 25 / 25
b. Chest Press – 16 / 12 / 12 rest pause
b. Burpee Push – 50 seconds
c. Incline Barbell Smith Machine – 15 / 12 / 12 rest pause
c. Box Jumps – 50 seconds
d. Dips – 15 / 12 / 12
d. V Sit Z Crunch – 50 seconds
d. Tricep Pull Down – 16 / 12 / 12 rest pause

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
