a. UH Front Raise – 15 / 12 / 12
a. Arnie Press – 12 / 12 / 12
a. Hanging Oblique Raise – 20 / 20 /20
b. Neutral Grip Press – 15 / 12 / 12
b. Seated Lateral Raise – 15 / 12 / 12
b. Mountain Climbers – 20 / 20 / 20
c. Rear Delt Flyes – 16 / 16 / 16
c. DB Rear Delt Raise – 16 / 16 / 16
c. Plank – 60 seconds

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
