Exercises – 45 Minutes
a. DB Incline Press – 15 / 12 / 12 + 8
a. Decline Cable Cross – 15 / 12 / 12
a. Leg Raise – 45 seconds
b. Chest Press – 15 / 12 / 12 + 8
b. DB Flyes (Floor) – 12 / 12 / 12
b. Z-Sit Ups – 45 seconds
c. Tricep Skull Crush – 15 / 12 / 12 + 8
c. Rope Pulldown – 12 / 12 / 12
c. Prone Hold – 60 seconds

The structure of the session involved supersets, with each letter representing a respective superset, and ideally minimal rest in between each set.
