Les Mills GRIT™ Cardio

I feel like I am really starting to get my meals on track and will report on them from next week properly. They may be mundane but they will get results.

I love Les Mills GRIT™ Cardio. Today’s class was tough as the Les Mills Auckland City Circuit Room in Summer is always hot but the workout always delivers some of my favourites (burpees, plyometric push ups to name a couple). Hoping to see some great improvements as my fitness level increases. Physio session was really good. I have started to become much more aware of my posture, especially in relation to my shoulders.
